Bearing Fruit....

John 15

1.I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman.

2.Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit.

3.Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you.

4.Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.

5.I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.

6.If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.

7.If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.

8.Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples.

The scripture portion is very clear.Jesus is the true vine and God the father, the husbandman. We ought to remain with Jesus to bear much fruit for God .As long as we are with Jesus we are safe in His arms.I have despised His love .I have taken His mercy for granted. But still He waits on me.That is His Love, the Everlasting Love.

Isaiah-63

7 I will tell of the kindnesses of the LORD, the deeds for which he is to be praised,
according to all the LORD has done for us— yes, the many good things he has done
for the house of Israel, according to his compassion and many kindnesses.

8 He said, "Surely they are my people, sons who will not be false to me";
and so he became their Savior.

9 In all their distress he too was distressed, and the angel of his presence saved them.
In his love and mercy he redeemed them; he lifted them up and carried them
all the days of old.

10 Yet they rebelled and grieved his Holy Spirit.

Here Isaiah Writes about God's Compassion .He says many kindnesses. His kindness cannot be defined in words.Though we fall many times God is so compassionate and loving to us .He has extended His grace upon us.How thankful we outght to be....His mercy and love are always there with His people.Pray for repenting spirit that will take away the rebellious spirit in us.

Jesus talks about bearing fruit in

Luke-13

6He spake also this parable; A certain man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard; and he came and sought fruit thereon, and found none.

7Then said he unto the dresser of his vineyard, Behold, these three years I come seeking fruit on this fig tree, and find none: cut it down; why cumbereth it the ground?

8And he answering said unto him, Lord, let it alone this year also, till I shall dig about it, and dung it:

9And if it bear fruit, well: and if not, then after that thou shalt cut it down.

How graceful is He!.He makes supplication for the sake of us.He has always been merciful upon us.Lets realize our state and come back to God.Let us be a fruit-bearing tree in our Father's Kingdom.

Jesus waits for you.
